Project Description: We will be painting 8 bathrooms at Blackshear Elementary School in the 3rd Ward. They want to have a field day open house and need this work done to the bathrooms in order to make them look acceptable.

- Students need to be at the LYF Center at 9:30 Am for debrief.
- Lunch is provided.
- Girls need to bring Paint Brushes
- Guys need to bring paint rollers.
- Leaders need to bring Paint scrapers.

Requirements: Must be 7th-12th grade (unless otherwise designated), have a heart for missions, be willing to work hard, have transportation to LYF Center, have served in at least 1 qualifying LYF local mission projects during the previous school year.
Project Description: This is a 5 day local mission project that requires a high degree of commitment, physical labor, and leadership development. Students sleep at the LYF center for a solid week. They do a variety of local mission project work including home repair, block parties, food distribution, and other high impact projects. Other activities during the week including large group worship and teaching sessions, a fun day at the beach, and other fun leadership challenging
projects.

Requirements: Must be 11th-College grade (10th grade with special permission), have served in at least 2 qualifying LYF local mission projects during the previous school year, have served in at least 1 local LEAD week in the last 2 years, have been overseas for a mission trip in the last 2 years (preferably with LYF), and have filled out the missions application and been approved by the LYF Missions Team through the family interview process and the SCBC Missions Director.
Project Description: This is a 13 day mission project that requires a high degree of commitment, physical labor, cultural sensitivity and leadership. Students will travel Mozambique, Africa. We will partner with the SCBC local missionary to do service projects in the town of the local church. Projects will involve community service work, and an English teaching and sport camp. In addition the team will put together an evangelism strategy involving chronological Bible storying to witness to the local community.
